About Tiffany

Hello!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in Orange County. My belief is that therapy should be a collaborative process that allows authenticity and trust to foster insight and growth, exploring how the past informs the present. I truly value the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. Rapport between clients and myself, I believe, is key for a long lasting, trusting relationship.

I specialize in working with couples, adult individuals, and anxiety disorders. I have experience working with issues related to anxiety and mood disorders, relationship distress, life transitions, family conflict, and more. I help clients learn and practice skills for tolerating pain in times of crisis, responding instead of reacting, increasing self-esteem, improving relationships, and participating fully in each moment.

My therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) and humanistic orientations. I integrate interventions from a CBT approach to cultivate self-efficacy. I specialize in working with individual adults and couples.

I cater my sessions to best fit the unique needs of each client, always meeting them with empathy and authenticity. I offer a safe space for exploring and understanding oneself with a nonjudgmental, warm stance. My practice provides services to clients of all ethnicities, religions, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship expansive communities.
