Possibly what you have done in the past is not “clicking” for you now. Maybe you feel you are in a place of transition, and don’t have a passion to fuel you, or a personal or business relationship is causing you concern or anxiety.

Therapy can help you come to terms with your past, then help you feel more comfortable making new choices, which may seem difficult, frightening, or unimaginable today. The goal is to help you explore a future in which you feel more authentic to your true self and your potential.

I like to use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and humanistic theories to help the client get to the root of their presenting problem. Collaboratively, we will work identify triggers and stressors contributing to the problem and learn how to cope differently, ultimately leading to increased harmony in one’s life.
